Identification and removal of blockages from drains of all types, including sinks, showers, toilets and external stormwater pipes. The use of sewer equipment (auger machine) is included in this starting price. Subject to additional cost for specialised sewer and/or location equipment if required.

CCTV Camera drain inspection from $350 (incl. GST)

CCTV drain inspection service uses high-resolution camera technology to inspect the inside of your pipes and drains in real time. This allows me to accurately identify blockages, cracks, tree root infusion and other issues without excavation. Following the inspection, I will provide a clear verbal report explaining the issues and recommended next steps. If a detailed written report (with photo evidence) is required, this can be arranged at additional costs.

Leak detection reports from $350 (incl. GST)

Comprehensive assessment of your plumbing system using a thermal camera to accurately locate hidden leaks. Following the inspection, I will provide a clear verbal report explaining the issues and recommended next steps. If a detailed written report (with photo evidence) is required, this can be arranged at additional costs.

Installation hot water units

Installation of all types of hot water units, including electric, gas and instantaneous systems. Pricing varies depending on the type of hot water unit and its accessibility. Some systems may require additional time or specialised equipment to safely access and service. A clear, upfront price will be provided before any work takes place.

Every job is different, so while this guide covers our typical pricing, I will always provide clear communication and confirm costs before any work begins. For more complex or larger projects, a small upfront quoting fee of $50 may be required. This fee will be fully deducted from the final invoice should you choose to proceed with our services.
